Terms of Service

The service

Gangnam Style AI lets you upload three photos and generate a short dance video in which the three people from your photos replace the dancers in a fixed template video. The video is generated by a third-party AI video model; see AI models we use. Gangnam Style AI is an independent product operated by an individual developer. It is not made by or affiliated with PSY, his label, YG Entertainment or the model provider.

By creating an account or buying video credits you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.

Your photos and consent

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the videos you generate. By uploading, you confirm that:

• you own the photos, or have every permission needed to use them;
• every person who appears in your photos has agreed to be depicted in the video and to have their face used by the AI, or you have another legal right to use their likeness.

Before every generation we record that you confirmed this, with the time and your account, so we can respond to complaints.

The templates are supplied by us. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use the videos you generate, including posting them on social media. You may not claim that a generated video is a real recording.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

• depict a real person without their consent, including public figures and celebrities;
• create sexual content, any content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• create graphic violence or gore, hate speech, or deceptive deepfakes of real people;
• impersonate, defraud, harass or mislead anyone, or create deceptive political content;
• infringe copyrights or trademarks, including characters or footage you have no rights to;
• resell or automate access to the service, or attempt to overload or reverse engineer it.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal content to the authorities.

Video credits and payment

You pay per video. A purchase adds video credits to your account, and each generation uses one credit. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and never expire, except as described in our Refund Policy.

There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page before checkout, and taxes are added at checkout where they apply. The credit for a job is reserved when it starts and returned automatically if the job fails.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases and handles payment and sales tax. Your bank statement may show Waffo as the seller.

AI output

AI output can be imperfect or unexpected. A face may look different from the photo, and we cannot promise that every video matches your expectations. Review generated videos before you publish or use them, and label them as AI-generated where the law or the platform requires it.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but it depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times. If a generation fails, the credit is returned. We may change or remove templates and features.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new terms.
