Refund Policy

Gangnam Style AI is pay per video. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Each purchase adds video credits to your account, and one credit makes one Gangnam Style AI video.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credit reserved for it is returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us, and you can try again right away.

Unused video credits

You can request a full refund of video credits you have not used within 7 days of the purchase. If you bought a pack and used some of it, we refund the unused videos at the price you paid per video. Credits never expire, so you can also keep them for later.

Used video credits

A credit that has produced a finished video is not refundable, because the compute cost has already been paid. If a finished video is clearly broken — for example a corrupted file or a video that does not contain the people from your photos — contact us. If we agree it is a service fault, we return the credit or refund it.

Results that are technically fine but not to your taste, for example a face that looks less like the photo than you hoped, are not faults. For best results use clear, front-facing photos, one person per photo.

How to request a refund

Email support@gangnamstyle-ai.com from the address you purchased with, and include your order number. You can also open a ticket from the support page in your account settings. We reply within a few business days.

Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider, Waffo Pancake, to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. We resolve genuine problems quickly, and a dispute may lead to your account being suspended while it is reviewed.
