Acceptable Use Policy

Gangnam Style AI is an independent AI video tool powered by a third-party AI video model. Everything it produces is AI-generated. This policy applies to every photo you upload and every video you generate, alongside our Terms of Service.

AI models we use

Gangnam Style AI generates videos with MiniMax H3 (reference-to-video), a video model made by MiniMax, accessed through an API provider. It takes the template video and your three photos and generates a new video in which the people from your photos follow the dance in the template.

Gangnam Style AI is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by MiniMax, PSY, his label or YG Entertainment. Videos do not use PSY's face or voice. We update this section whenever we change models.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, or generate videos from:

1. Sexual content (NSFW) — nudity, pornography or sexually explicit material of anyone, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence and gore — graphic violence, injury, torture or content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm.
3. Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
4. Child safety violations — photos of minors, or any sexualized or exploitative depiction of minors (CSAM), or any content that endangers children. We report this to the authorities.
5. Deepfakes, face swaps and impersonation — putting a real person into a video without their consent, or depicting public figures or celebrities; a photo of a real person may only be used with that person's consent, for example a photo of yourself or of a friend who agreed; content meant to deceive, defraud, harass or mislead, including fake news and deceptive political content.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement — photos, characters, logos or likenesses you do not have the rights to use.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and confirm this before every generation.
• Get consent from every person who appears in your photos. Only upload a photo of a real person if that person has agreed to be depicted.
• Label generated videos as AI-generated when you publish them, where the law or the platform requires it.

How we moderate

• Before generation: you must confirm consent for every photo, and we record that confirmation.
• Model safeguards: the model provider applies its own safety filters to inputs and outputs, and a generation can be refused or fail because of them.
• After generation: we review reported content and may review generated videos and uploads to enforce this policy.

Consequences of violations

Depending on severity, we may refuse the generation, remove content, suspend or permanently close the account without refund of used credits, and report illegal content (including all child safety violations) to the relevant authorities.

Reporting abuse

If you see content made with Gangnam Style AI that breaks this policy, email support@gangnamstyle-ai.com with a link or description. Signed-in users can also open a ticket from the support page in account settings. We review every report. If a video shows you, or a photo of you was used, without your consent, say so in the subject line — we handle these reports first and remove content once we confirm it.

Appeals

If your photos or video were blocked by mistake, email support@gangnamstyle-ai.com with the reference shown in the error message and we will review it.
