Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your email and name, and a password stored in hashed form.
• Your photos and videos — the three photos you upload and the videos we generate from them. Photos can show faces, which is personal data.
• Consent records — the time you confirmed, before each generation, that you have the rights to your photos and that everyone shown agreed to appear.
• Purchase data — what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and basic usage logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your generations, show you your creations, process payments, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

Who processes it

We share your data only with service providers that help us run Gangnam Style AI, and only as much as each one needs:

• Infrastructure providers host the site, database and file storage.
• AI video providers receive your three photos and the template video to generate your video.
• Our payment provider, Waffo Pancake, processes purchases as our merchant of record and receives your email and purchase details.
• Our email provider sends account emails.

Retention

Uploaded photos are used only to make your video and are deleted automatically within 48 hours. Generated videos stay in My Creations until you delete them or your account, so you can download them again. Purchase and consent records are kept as long as needed for tax, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us or through the support page in your account settings. Deleting your account removes your videos and personal data, except records we must keep by law.

Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will remove the data.
